Terms & Conditions.
Thank you for shopping at Louka Studio & Co. We work hard to make our products and hope you enjoy them. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch.
Returns
· If you would like to return a product, please get in touch with Louka Studio & Co within 14 days of receiving it and we can advise you on the return process. Please return the product within the following 14 days.
· The item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition it was received.
· Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless your item was damaged, then we will refund the postage.
· Once we received your item, your refund plus postage if applicable will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
· Please contact us on receipt of your item and provide photos if damaged or defective. We will liaise with you, in a timely manner, to resolve the issue, either by replacement of refund.
Non returnable items
· All SALE items are final and are non-refundable or returnable, unless that item is defective and damaged.
· Custom made rugs are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged on receipt
Shipping
· Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to any error on our part.
· If you are shipping an item over £75.00 please consider using a tracking service with insurance to ensure receipt by us.
Rescheduling or Cancellation of a tufting workshop
Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days prior to your booking, this can only be rescheduled once within the 60 days following your original booked date. Please email us at loukastudio.co@gmail.com to arrange this. Cancellation is subject to a £30 cancellation fee, and the balance of your paid workshop will be refunded to you via the original payment method.
